ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER TERRORISM FINANCING POLICY

Rent 2 Own (R2O) is committed to fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing (“AML/CTF”). R2O has adopted and will enforce within its activities the provisions set forth in the Anti-Money Laundering Laws & Regulations in order to prevent and detect money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activities.

ANTI-BRIBERY, CORRUPTION & ECONOMIC SANCTIONS POLICY

Rent 2 Own Myanmar has always been rigorous in setting and enforcing Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, in dealings both internally (in respect to the relationships between the company, employees and management, investors and Board of Directors) and externally (in respect to the relationship with shareholders, clients, merchants, banks, government agencies, suppliers, customers, partners, and the community in general).

GRIEVANCE MECHANISM PLAN & WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

The purpose of this report is to formalize a grievance mechanism to systematically collect, record, report and act on grievances from employees, clients and other stakeholders of Rent 2 Own to minimize the risk and avoid negative impacts on the company. The grievance process outlined in the report aims to create a readily understandable and accessible process which can enhance outcomes and give satisfaction to complaints.

Whistleblower Policy (“WBP”) aims to achieve the highest standards of accountability within R2OM by enabling all employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns or disclose information which they believe, in good faith, may indicate an impropriety.

CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE POLICY

Our Customer Grievance Policy aims to provide our customer with an acceptable process of complaint resolution in a reasonable amount of time. Complaints and disputes can be made by contacting us through the channels and platforms stated on our website from time to time.

DATA PRIVACY

This policy applies to all dealings with, information you provide and transactions you enter with Rent 2 Own (Myanmar) Company Limited and associates (as such term is defined by the Myanmar Companies Law 2017) (collectively 'we', 'us' or 'our'). We are committed to protecting the personal and financial information we collect and hold about you.

EXCLUSION LIST POLICY

Rent 2 Own Myanmar has developed and implemented an Exclusion List for itself, for its client, and other associated parties. Exclusion List defines types of business and projects that Rent 2 Own Myanmar does not provide any loan or other facility nor provide any service to any client that is engaged in any activity on the Exclusion List.
