Basically, there are two different units under Contact Center team.
1) Inbound
2) Tele Sales
The purpose is to deliver good customer experience by serving client’s enquiry, request and complaint. For Tele Sales team, they are here to make sales to clients via phone calls.
What is Inbound team?
Serve incoming calls from the client.
Answer Rent 2 Own company information when client ask for it but don’t make any outbound calls to client.
If customer is having complaint, they raise this to related team to take action on it.
Contact Center service hours is from 7AM to 8PM everyday.

Remember: Contact Center is just information center. Meaning - they can just tell you and give you the information of Rent 2 Own. They don’t have authority to do decision for any contractual agreement delivered by Rent 2 Own.
What is Tele Sales team?
The team is doing outbound calls to client for sales purpose.
Call prospect clients who are stopped the application in simulation, who cancelled the application after UW approved, who expired the application after submission.
Tele Sales team offer clients with cash back program.
For those who want to buy the bike lower than 1,000,000 MMK - 10,000 MMK will cash back, if bike price is above 1,000,001 MMK, then 20,000 MMK will cash back upon completion of contract.
